Bro listen to everyone here. You asked who the best candidate for juice is? It's without question the person that has been lifting for a few years and has reached his genetic limit (or very close to it). It's aslo somebody that has their diet totally dialed and knows how to work out with intensity. The absolute WORST candidate is someone with little to no muscle mass, a sporadic diet and a inconsistant workout routine. Juice should only be taken bt those that are bordering on being obsessive with muscle growth. If you don't have time to eat you can't possibly have the time to work out properly. Actually (don't take this as a flame) if you don't have time to eat you are poor at time management. Make your food at night for the next day or two. Shit make some natural peanut butter sandwiches and carry them in your backback. Eat one of those every 2 hours and your set. Eat a big breakfast and a big dinner and bust your ass in the gym. One other thing, join a gym! You need the atmosphere in my opinion for motivation. Just don't juice bro. I've seen it happen before. Young guy thinks he can sauce up hit the weights a little, maybe eat a bit more and take some supplemental protein and he's goint to gain 10-15 pounds of muscle. It doesn't happen. It is tough enough to grow with EVERYTHING dialed in (diet, program and juice) You're going to dee no gains in lean mass at all - not 1 pound without diet and weights. Juice will just give you acne and make you moody.
