Can anyone help me out on simple sugars. Im starting a course of gh and using insulin with it. I have done quite alot of reserch on the insulin but unsure how many simple sugars i need. Im doing 4iu's of gh on training days and around 5 iu's of insulin half way throu my workout so when i have finished training it should hit. I'm 29 5 foot 7 and weigh 13 stone. I dont carry much body fat. Any help on this and advice would be great. Thanks
