First time on here to post after loads of reading...
I'm 6'2" 31yrs old. Training for 10yrs (5 serious) 192lb.
Rough guide to average current ability.
Bench 210lb 4x8reps approx.
Smith Squats 350lb 4x8reps approx.
Deadlift 286lb 4x8reps approx.
DB Curls 40lb 4x8reps approx.
Been steadily increasing from a weedy 154lb over the last 10 years mainly working on fitness.
Past five years I've really been trying to put on size - maintained around 10 - 12% bf throughout so far and two years ago finally got my diet dialled which after all the hard work bumped me over the 180lb mark.
Now stuck at 192lb give or take for the past 10/12mths looking to get to around 215/220lb.
Just finished a tentative first cycle (oral Winstrol only) for six weeks 30mg ed. (including all the added extras LIv-52, Milkthistle, EFAs) Worked well for cutting up - dropped back to 186lb looking lean and mean whilst maintaining all strength in the gym maybe with a slight increase if anything - which was great cos I've been eating REAL clean with a small cut down on carbs.
Now I reckon I've got myself pretty well dialled with training and diet but not sure if I can go any further without the extra assistance.
But of course I'm there are loads of guys on here who know better...
Was considering 8-12 weeks oral Winstrol + Deca for a simple easy to manage second cycle - just looking for help/advice to keep everything going in the right direction.
Hope the post doesn't sound too newbie - Trying to be as concise as poss but still give out some sort of helpful info for a decent chance of some good replies.
