Plastic surgery is just another tool to improve oneself physically just like dieting and exercising. To YOU it may be drastic, but to someone else undergoing the procedure(s) it is not b/c in the end it is well worth it. Do you dye your hair? Do you use fake nails? Have you whitened your teeth? etc etc etc Regardless if these are "drastic" means or not, ultimately they all do the same thing.... that is, they all change the way you look physically. God gave/will give you gray hair, are you going to dye your hair to mask it??
It is fine that you are happy with yourself. To each their own. But for you to call what others do "silly" is unfair and idiotic. Someone else may perceive the fact that you run on a treadmill for 40 min 3 times a week idiotic. Someone else may think that you lifting an object of certain weight repetitively over and over every single week silly. It's all about perception, and yours is flawed.
If you had the means you would change something about yourself in a heartbeat who the hell are you kidding. The fact that these people come out of these makeover surgeries looking a shitload better is well worth it and certainly NOT silly. I think a lot of haters are envious and jealous they can't go through such improving makeovers themselves.
