Feel like I've been training forever.... Had my first "Universal Machine Encounter" when I was 15 & I could leg press 100 lbs! (WOW!) Really got into weight lifting (i.e. not doing the Nautilus circuit) about 10 years ago, hard core about 6 years ago, and competition training a year and a half ago. Now I carry my food cooler and my gym bag everywhere! Scare small men w/ my biceps and laugh at women who don't lift because they dont' want to "big arms" HAHAHAHAHA! (LOL!)
How about you? You ever compete? Do you have to chase the women away with a baseball bat because they just want you too much?
