Im currently in the middle of an EQ test en cycle and Ive developed some popping in my shoulder joint. Whenever I extend my arm away from my body and twist (like the motion of pitching a baseball or hitting a hammer) my shoulder joint pops. Im experiencing no pain but Im wondering what is making my shoulder pop. I dont believe Im doing anything out of the ordinary to my shoulders. No behind the neck movements only military presses and raises. Ive heard of peoples joints drying out from taking Winstrol but is it possible in my case that the EQ or Enanthate has dried up my joints or am i using bad form? Either way have I fucked myself over or is this something that will go away in time because my shoulders are constantly popping making me think about this more and more.
