I have been experiencing some pain in both shoulders but more severe in my left one. This is being accompanied with small bruises on my bicep. They occur right at the base of my shoulder on the bicep. Has anyone experienced this and if so what was the problem.
What type of exercises have you been performing? What weights are you using? Are you stretching adequately? What is your current diet consisted of? Give us some information so we can try and help.
