should bruce do tren.

should i run some tren ace at the end of my prop cycle here. ive never used it.

i feel the same way when i read this thread everyday.. now that bruce said all that.. you can't really take it for what it is when you come to comparing with yourself... chances are with bruce if he doesn't get insomnia, you will, if he doesnt get sides from tren you will, if he doesn't have to do cardio and stays below double dig body fat, you wont be able to, how he cuts up so nicely, is 3x harder for you.

I have a friend who is the same exact way and plays ball for another DI program. This kid is supercut up and has been like that all his life, he doesn't eat 100% clean all the time, loves fast food, candy, whatever .. he's just a freak at WR. If you ever seen some of them athletes down in florida, these guys are sick and you can see every little fiber in there body. Its all about genetics man.
 
yep them florida boys come strong, winky wright, roy jones, tracy mcgrady vince carter antonio tarver. thats just the begining. the gators always have the most shredded dudes. that is how i am built man like a wr. its not gonna change for a while. its like lebron, its a fact that he eats a whole big mac meal before every game. fact! does nothing to him in the game or physically. he looks great. you can't go by what people do. i am not lebron i am just saying that guys do some crazy shit and it is all genetics. i'd like to know how my best friend does win 30mg eod for 3 years straight, has no sides or bad bloodwork, he is 210 single digit all year and puts up 475 like the bar. it doesn't matter he doesn't even eat just smokes cigs and drinks latte's. no joke. his dad and uncle were d1 at ohio state and he was all american ss. its just genetics. he works out and juices but has no clue, he'd look like that no matter what. built like ryan reynolds in blade 3, pretty impressive. he is so stubborn he won't come on here and thinks winny is harmless lol. his dad is a doc too. some people just get by with it. i mean i am not lying his day consists of waking up and taking his winny, drinking a vente latte, then working out on an empty stomach, he eats fast food or whatever he feels like, not much, a shake cause he thinks it will make a difference. he has such good genetics that he is dumb with his juicing and eating. i mean he could compete probably if he took a real cycle and ate. but i say he takes in 1200 cals tops including the milk from his lattes. explain that to me jk, and no he doesn't do cardio ever

i get by eating like a pig and staying lean. do i wish i could sometimes put on a bit more mass, yes, but can i change that no.
 
I just dont see how you can possible eat 4k+ cals and not be a total animal....your metabolism is through the roof!

Training 4 days a week....you don't lift that heavy right bro? Just concntrate more on form? Do you really use the ball in your chest rotuine?
 
On a serious note and yes I ran through the thread in its entirety...would you say tren has both properties? On a low cal cutting diet, it'll shred you....on a bulker it would keep you lean and tight with high clean cals?

my back is horrible, even though it looks great and is strongest on my body i have bulging discs and i do not do heavy bench. i like to use form yes and the ball for incline dumbells is something i do often. i sent you all three chest workouts i use, i told you that one is not the most common one i use, but i'm all about form and muscle failure, not high weight low reps, all that matters is you break the muscles down, how you do it just doesn't make a differenc in my opinion. thats not to say that you shouldn't be always adding weight if you can, but for example rather than pushing out 4 reps on bench killing my back, i'll do 10 - 8 - 8 - 6 - 6 rep sets bench or incline with perfect form, and i do this after flys and the blood is already pushed into the pecs. aap gave this advice and its the best ive gotten for chest. i love the first set of 6 and i can only do half of the weight i started on 10 with. when i can't even flex my chest i know i did it right. and its more like 5000cals sometimes bro. its not that big of a deal. if i eat less i lose weight. just believe that

no doubt, i wish sometimes it would slow down a bit, but the great thing is right now for example i had to drop the juice cause i am too busy to train hard enough to benefit from it, instead of getting fat like most guys at the office i'll get thinner and more ripped, now to me and you guys it sucks being scrawny but people would kill to get a six pack when they stop working out and still eat like a pig. hope it lasts long, cause its sweet, when i was 17-22 it wasn't so great. still was not done growing and i could not put on weight, i was so fucking skinny it scares me, i am gonna post a picture of me before i started working out. i was still shredded but its just so amazing.

so how long were you on tren before you dropped it?
