short cycles-3 weekers

i remember reading a while back about a discussion of short cycles. i tried to find it but can't. what i remember is it was using fast acting A.S. say like prop and dbol. i know that you must first front load with both, i just can't remember the recommended dosages. i thought i would try maybe a three week on, three week off and etc. the rational behind this is being that you don't put on 30 lbs. that your body can't latter substain. just curious on others thoughts and ideas about this subject.
 
First of all you never front load dbol...2nd running prop and dbol for only 3 weeks will provide you with some gains, but here's the catch...Going up and down in weight quickly is not a good thing for the body...For in order for the body to hold weight, it must have the time to adjust to the newly gain poundages or else it will try to get rid of it as quickly as possible. Also, it takes time for the body to get into the anabolic state so that it can start building muscle, therefore why would you want to come off right when your body is just getting into a rich Anabolic state? Just something to think about!
 
lets get some more thoughts i was considering a short 3 weeker i have heard of people making good gains and keeping them because you dont get shut down as hard as long cycles anybody try a 3 weeker
 
The three week cycle is discussed in Nelson Montana's "The Bodybuilding Truth". Maybe Nelson can chime in here.
 
yeah, nelson praises this kind of cycle in his ebook. the example he gives in BOTTOMLINE BODYBUILDING is this exactly:










wk 1: 25mg dbol daily spread into 4 doses
day 1; sust 250mg
day 2,3,5,7; 100mg primo




wk 2; 30mg var daily in 4 doses
day8; 200mg cyp or enanth
day10,12,14; 100mg primo

wk 3; 20mg oral winny ed(last dose no later than 6pm)
day 15,16,18,21; 100mg primo

good luck finding real primo anywhere as he says it is the most important AAS in the cycle! karma appreciated for this one...
 
I've personally done several short cycles and had great results with them. What I find best about them as opposed to the longer ones is that when you protein its good for it in serveral ways, but for me I like to when its up because I find it waaay more effective than the the others.
