Shin pumps from hell.....

Check your shoes too. The wrong shoes/insoles can cause incorrect foot movement during your step, such as pronation, which usually cause shin splints. This is probably be accelerated by the tren so you're feeling it sooner. Perhaps look into those foot skins or even barefoot running/walking.

he doesn't have shin splints but good advice.

trust me I know what shin splints are and let me tell anyone who has them don't listen to anyone except your own body. if they get too bad then JUST STOP. dont run through them cause you will only make the problem worse. the only cure is rest and I mean 3-5 months of rest.

I know he doesn't have shin splints. My train of thought was his shins are getting pumped because they are being strained from possible over pronation of the foot (or other abnormal foot movement) while walking. Without tren, he'd eventually end up with splints. Because of the tren causing the pumping, the problem is occuring before real damage can be done.

I know what bad shoes + walking can do to shins... :artist:

thats possible. but i think with tren he is gonna get bad pumps no matter what. i got them really really bad with dbol myself.

i got shin splints twice in my life. tried everything, went to diff dr's.. the first time i got them was when i played soccer in HS, it was so bad i couldn't even sleep from the pain. the only cure was to rest them. they eventually got better.

only got time for a short reply....

its the pumps im refering to, i have not been used to all this walking as i was using the same cardio equipment in the gym every time, which is a life fitness platform stepper, you never take your feet of the platforms, so i think its a mixture if me not being used to a lot of fast walking AND the tren causing intense pumps.

the front muscle on my shins feels like it has really bad DOMS now, i can walk for short distances but after 10 mins the pumps begin and it feels like my shin muscles are about to pop!

lifting my feet in a toe raise movement hurts, as i said feels like DOMS

i got new shoes to try to fix the problem but it didnt help.

what are shin splints? is tha a bone issue?

am i setting myself up for a real injry here if i keep walking?

no shin splints are totally different.. they are inflammation in the front of the legs along the bone on either side. i had them on both sides in both legs.

with the pumps try and just do what you can. when they get too intense you are gonna have to stop and rest. i can remember on dbol i ran 1/2 mile on the treadmill one time and my pumps were so bad i stopped and then went to the ground in agony. my shin and calf were HUGE and the veins were popping out. it was pretty awesome. a couple minutes later i was fine.

I believe you're having what people refer to as shin splints because you're not used to walking quickly or running on a solid surface... I would bet it has nothing to do with pumps or tren. Just do as much as you can and lay off when they start hurting, slowly over time you will be able to go longer and longer with no pain.
