Shin pumps from hell.....

into week 2 on my first run with tren. cycle is 700 test E + 380 tren E

cutting and obviously doing plenty of LISS cardio, which is mostly outdoor brisk walking for a bit of fresh air and scenery.

anyway today after about 10 mins of walking i got very intense shin pumps, very painful. i assume this is the tren doing its thing!

i completed my 70 mins of cardio with the pumps, but it was extremely uncomfortable!

is there anything to do to remedy this, and i mean so i can carry on walking and not have to change to a stationary bike or whatever, that is soooo boring and when your doing his much cardio its such a nice thing to be walking around outdoors at least.

btw tren is incredible

I get forearm splits anyone ever had those before?

splints and those aren't from AAS cause i've had them while on and off. ... just ease some of your arm movements and go lighter and they will slowly go away. also there are those wristbands you can put around your forearms that will help restrict movement.

also take fish oil that seems to help lubricate.

ozzie is referring to pumps which feel like your muscle is about to explode, i dont mind those while working out but they are a b*tch to run with

Check your shoes too. The wrong shoes/insoles can cause incorrect foot movement during your step, such as pronation, which usually cause shin splints. This is probably be accelerated by the tren so you're feeling it sooner. Perhaps look into those foot skins or even barefoot running/walking.

I got these when I used to play football, now I know why. Try focusing that pain on your excercises, ex: I was playing Linebacker, before they snapped the ball I felt that pain and used it when I went in for a tackle.
