I can comment on the shelf life/expiration date on medicine by an article I read a few years back. The article was written by a govt study on 10 year expired medications stored in some military base. dark, dry, properly stored. The result of the study showed there was no significant difference between medicine that was new versus 10 years expired. My take on this: the drug companies make a killing off people replenishing their new meds. I'd be inclined to take an old aspirin just as soon as a new one. who cares. I'd say the same applies to any powder unless its heat, light sensitive. I know botox is heat sensitive, phospholipid is heat sensitive, r-ala is heat sensitive, and I've been told any medicine in a vial should not be stored in direct sunlight. Hope this is useful info~
