Olympic bumper plates - they're all the same size - but different poundages are colour coded. They're also rubber padded so you can drop them on the platform

I'm not familiar with OL but after watching some of the other lifters, he is probably the fastest, most explosive, and has the most fluid-like motion even though he is one of the biggest and moving the most weight. AMAZING.

Those things are SUPER expensive--they are calibrated to within a gram and have to be super durable. Eleiko is the best brand in the world. Ivanko is the best American brand.

I picked up some Eleiko training bumpers that were used for two weeks at the '98 World Championship in the training hall. They were in perfect condition and I only paid 30% of retail. They're awesome bumpers, but the bar is even better.
