Ok, week # 3 is done. It was a rough start for me. Gym was closed & I had a bad cold. My cardio was not great, but I hackled through it. Also, there was no ab training for this week, so my stomach feels a bit loose. These pic are taken AFTER my cheat meal as well. The stomach pic with the brown bottoms on is from today (don't feel as bloated)
