Actually I askd FOUR questions , he answered two very well , one Vaguely and was honest in his Ignorance on the Fourth . MOST people cant swallow their Egoes long enough to ADMIT that they might be Ignorant about somethign , or even PART of a thing , and he was able to do so , thus saving me time .

Lay off . He was PLENTY Helpful .

I mean , unless you would like to actualy reply on topic and help yourself ???

Hands up, I was out of line........

As for increasing your RBC, its got to be EPO. If however, you want to increase your strength as well for cardio like boxing them some Var would do alot for you too, especially if you are struggling to make the weight

the Guy that Im lifting up is 198 lbs that night (He was Weighed in for a Muay Thai Fight that Evening) - Basically , Im a Man-Mountain !
 
No they will not help your endurance. If anything they will indirectly hurt it. More muscle = less endurance, you see this all the time in MMA/Boxing.

They will help muscle recovery from weight training to some degree, however not as much as peeps think. They will not help CNS recovery, so you can not "train really heavy" and then expect a full recovery any faster then natural.

Steroids are for building muscle, that's what they do best.

Im sorry bro but Im not able to Despute my Genetics any more than the next guy . All I can do is try to get help in the areas that I happen to need it in , you know ? When Im in GREAT Shape Im about 425-450 lbs . Theres HONESTLY NOTHING that I can DO about that short of Starving myself and crap like that , and I feel WEAKER ad gas FASTER at Lighter Weights , Despte what USUALLY happens to MOST people . Look HARD at my Photos , Im just NATURALLY this size , its not a product of trying . Im SUPPOSED to be this size . And Ive been on the Bench due to An Injury (auto-Pedestrian Collision where I was the Pedestrian) , nothign more , its just that its been three years , and its HARD to get back up the next day at thirty . WAY harder than it was at 25 . Especially since I was ALWAYS Athletic , so getting my Sedentary ass back in the Game is really the Issue here , if Honesty is permitted . And Im really no WORRIED about CNS Recovery , honestly - power Ive GOT .

TRUST me .
