I did your calf routine today. I was able to walk out ok so I thought I was alright. Well I got out of my car and it was a little more difficult to walk then at the gym. I hit the stairs and couldn't fucking walk up. I am dreading tomorrow.

Oh yea I did this after using your arm workout from your BB truth book. My arms are still a worn the fuck out.

It all felt good to be honest. tomorrow my calves will hate you.

nelsons calf routine kicks ass.
I posted some pics a few months back .

Two days after the first day I was so sore i was walking on my tippie toes and had to have my wife rub icey hot on my calfs and run hot water over them in the shower just to walk.

I get props on my calfs all the time at the gym. I'm one of the few with lower leg development most guys in my gym look dead from the waiste down .

I cant thank nelson enough .
Glad to see someone else listens to nelson he really knows what he is talking about

good job bro, if it dosn't hurt in the morning, then you didn't do it right.

I hate to give out his routine. the only reason is I had to buy the book. it is in the book and he is trying to make a buck. it wouldnt be right if I just pasted it all over here. i will say it is not what ya think it would be. very simple.

Ah, the reign of pain continues! hahahahahahahahha!

Seriously, glad to hear the routines are working. I've had the calve, bicep and ab workout reprinted here but as I'm sure errn will attest , there's lots more info in the books.

The calf routine was already on here. Nelson posted it himself. I'd post it for the bro's that are curious... but maybe ask him first.

Bottom line is, if people like his ideas and they work, they are more likely to buy his book and future books.

Post that shit hommie!

I remember Nelson's Calf routine, his Bicep and ab routines are both a nice changeup to add to any program.

I hope you don't drive a stick. When I hit the calves hard I can barely drive home lol

Good luck and I hope they grow! It took forever for mine to get big.

I have an automatic. Just woke up and heading into work here soon and my calves, bis and tris are sore as hell.

I bet if you ask nelson he may post it. The book has some really interesting things in it.

I want the BI's workout...The Calves need a rest and something else needs to be punished for sitting around letting the legs take the beating lol...

buy his book at the proteinfactory.com web page. it is full of good shit so far.

bro, you want to get sore.. which most will by just lifting.. but if you want to really shock the muscle and get sore, do supersets.. d1 schools that produce beefy huge athletes year after year do this shit.. trust me bro, you get strong and you get jacked... not all d1 players are on juice

Thanks bro. I do change up my routine often and add supersets all the time. it was just his arms and calf routine was soooo simple and seemed easy until i got home then woke up this AM and they were crying out to me . lol

hahaha, i check out that claf routine at protienfactory.com ... im gonna try it tomorrow and let you guys know
try it doing three excersizes
standing
seated and donkey
burn through the reps with min rest 75 reps times 3 excersizes that 225 reps
you wont be going " ha ha ha " in about two days .lol
good luck with it

only thing that has made my calves grow. the inside of my calves are not growing quiet as fast though. any suggestions? I seem to have a harder time hitting that part.

if the arm workout is even close to this one, i'd buy it.

stand with legs in a normal position
point toes outwards heels maybe 6 inches apart, left foot at a 10 o'clock and right at a 2 oclock focus on the inner calves sqeeze at the top
alot of it has to do with how you raise the foot wether or not you put most of the stress on the outside of the foot by the little toes or more of a lift using the inner part closer to the big toe

when isolation comes into play your going to have to mentally and physically tune out the strongest part of the calve for you its the outside and focus only on the inside of the calve/soleus muscles

I loaned my BB truth book to a buddy
he hasn't returned it
fvcker
