Went to work, but came back home to meet Comcast to hook up my High Speed Cable for my computer - didn't get to eat as early as I had hoped.
While waiting for the cable guy, I had the pleasure of taking TWO shovels out to the end of the driveway. The plow came thru and shoved slush and snow along the sides of the street, which then froze. I got a little exercise - 30 min. worth - breaking up ice with the steel shovel and then scooping it up and tossing it with the snow shovel . I needed it, this week has been very busy and I haven't been training.

I don't remember what I ate yesterday! The only thing I can remember right now is the nasty B4L protein bar (Dbl Choc) I ate last night.
