Hey girl...even with bulking, your bf is still pretty low! Good job :rose: Just curious what kind of new digital callipers you got? I am thinking of getting some too so I can monitor my own progress on a weekly basis.

I'm not sure what the brand is, but I ordered them from dps.com when I ordered my Glutamine & protein powder. They come with a MYO Tape too.

Got the MYO Tape out this morning. Here are my comparisons from the beginning of January.

Weight: 118, 128
bf: 11.84%, 14%
Bi: 11, 12
Chest: 38 (ribcage only: 31), 38 (ribcage only: 32)
Waist: 25, 26
Hip: 35, 35.75
Upper Thigh: 20.5, 21.25
Lower Thigh: 17, 18.14
Calf: 13, 13 :rolleyes:

1 Cup Green Beans (sauteed in olive oil, butter spray, minced onion & red wine vinegar)
