Got the MYO Tape out this morning. Here are my comparisons from the beginning of January.

2:30 Planning on going to the gym and took another
EC. Ended up busy at work and couldn't leave.

1 Cup Cooked Oats (in water)
1 Scoop ON Pro Complex in strawberry
1/2 Cup Sliced Strawberries

3 oz Chic Nuggets (homemade)
2 TBSP Honey Mustard
1/2 Cup Strawberries
1/4 oz Japaleno Smokehouse Almonds (need to dust these off, too salty)
4 Sesapure, 2 Echinacea, 1 Multi

Gonna' have to check that bf% again sometime this weekend. I'm sure it's been affected by water loss. :)

Great job girl! I've had that happen before especially when I was retaining a LOT of water!
