(sugar snap peas, radishes, raw green beans, red bell pepper, cucumber)

3/4 Cup Red Bell Pepper
1/2 Cup Tomato
1/2 Cup Cucumber
1/2 Cup Sugar Snap Peas
2 TBSP EVOO, Vinegar, Minced Garlic, Dijon Mustard - combined

8 oz Chicken Nuggets (homemade)

Boiled 5 chicken breasts & pulled them into bitesize pieces
In a bowl - 5 egg whites & juice from 1/2 a fresh lemon whisked
In blender - a cup or so of whole oats and 1 oz japalano almonds
Coat chicken in egg whites and roll in oat/almond mixture - bake

1 Cup Green beans cooked in EVOO, butter spray, minced onion

First, I wanted to check in and see how the house situation was going...so congrats and keep us updated.

And then I read your quote above!!! What the heck? :evil: ;)

Ok, I'm just kidding. Believe me, I'll be cutting right with you the minute I get back to Iraq. :) Let me tell you how excited I am about that!

Oat/almond... oat like oatmeal? Sorry I dont *creatively cook* much :D

Sounds pretty good...

Yep, Quaker Old Fashioned....they could have been just a little more moist coating wise though. Pretty good with some honey mustard.

Unfortunately, it's not the GOOD kind like McDonalds....it's just Kroger brand Mustard with a drop of honey in it.....still ok, though. I'd PREFER more SUGAR!!! lol :chomp:
