Had to change my program a little due to fatigue in bi's a couple of days after training back. Decided to train them together instead. It's a little disappointing to have to drop my weights down on bi's after hitting them doing back. Messes with my head a little.
Will start training chest & tri's together also due to the same issue.
I'm feeling really weak lately. I know some of it is because I'm not training as soon after eating because I'm throwing the cardio back in. In order to get the full benefit of cardio, I have to wait 3 hours after eating. Once I get moved, I'll be able to hop down to the gym 2x a day to get the cardio done in the AM and hopefully get my weights back up WHERE THEY BELONG! I was on the CYBEX and the gym manager goes over to the mag rack and grabs the Oxygen Mag. He says - "Thought that was you for a second, but your more fit"! lol I think it was the March '06 issue - Made me feel pretty good!
I see quite a few people who know me from work. They all look at me like - holy shit! I never knew you looked like THAT! - pretty funny. We have a dress code and NOTHING revealing is allowed, so I'm totally covered up.
There's also one girl (previous client) who was strutting around the day I was being given the tour. She was all smiles that day. The next time she saw me I was in my gym clothes (nothing spectacular, regular shorts not tight, and a sport bra type "training" top) I think she swallowed her strutter attitude that day. At least while I'm there anyway! (ha ha) Hmmmmm, maybe it's my breasteses that intimidate her - lol
