You guys ready to test this new product? Black Extreme is going to be my bitch, so place your bets now. MRSupps has chosen me to run a log of this product and is sending me a free bottle. I have purchased another bottle and I will be running this stuff for 5.5 weeks at 2 caps upon waking and 2 caps before bed. Let's get this log rolling. I will begin on Thursday, 9/5/13.

Jester is polishing off his log and he went with a bulk at a massive caloric surplus. I'm doing this the exact opposite to show you guys the versatility of a compound like this. They say the gains are wet and that's not good ideal for cutting. Well guess what guys, I'm going to break down the stereotypes. The only thing wet about this run will be my fiancee after she see's the changes I make to my body.

Calories are going to be between 1,900-2,500 on weekdays with a cheat day on every saturday being 3,000-4,000 calories and 400-500 carbs.
I have arimidex in my stash so I will be taking 1/2 ml every Monday and Thursday. Torem will be used PCT, but I don't have my other items lined up for pct yet. Going to gather them up while on the cycle.

Training is going to be lifting on tue/wed/thu/sat cardio on the other days. Goals for this cycle are going to be to lean the out like never before. Increase my overall health as well. I am already doing another log with my dad over here and I will keep it updated a long side this one. You can keep track of my saturday workout's over here.

2.7 Mile Elliptical (Between 6-20 mph) Preformed 1 minute intervals between sets of my three main ab workouts. Very High Intensity.

Hunger: 2 - Took some time to swallow down my breakfast today, then meal 2 was just as slow.
Libido: 5 - I'm horny man. I woke up in the middle of the night wanting some but I had to "take care" of myself.
Strength: 2 - I have felt weaker this past 2 months than I have in quite some time. I have strong days here and there but overall weak.

Nutrition
I’m not going to be so strict on counting calories and macros. I am eating clean and good amounts; we will see how I do. Each day will be between 1900-2500 calories besides my cheat day on Saturday.

Meal One:
Proats (Protein oatmeal mix)
-1 Scoop whey protein
-1/2 cup oatmeal
3 Whole Eggs
1 Navel Orage

Meal Two:
Spinach, Cucumber, and tuna salad
-Two Handfuls of spinach
-Half a cucumber
-2 Cans of Tuna
-Lite Italian dressing

Meal Three:
¼ lb pork tenderloin
5 asparagus
1 cup of brown rice

Meal Four:
1 Apple
Peanut butter and Jelly Sandwhich
-2 Slices whole wheat bread
-1 tsp Smart Choice Omega 3 Peanut Butter
-1 tsp Smart Balance +Fiber Grape Jam (5 calories, 5 grams of fiber)

Meal Five: (Haven’t eaten yet)
Chicken Breast (3 oz)
¼ Baked Sweet Potato (With a tsp of peanut butter and cinnamon)
1/2 Cup Broccoli

Snacks have been 2 sugar free popsicles (15 calories each)

Today’s Training Details
Today I had a ton of drive and energy in the gym. Strength wasn’t great but endurance was fantastic. I trained Chest, tricep, front delt, side delt, and quad. I didn’t do any cardio today at all. I’m not posting my lifts today as it was quite sporadic, but I had a lot of fun. This compound stacked with n2amp is giving me a pump from the heavens and it lasted hours post workout. I feel huge. I am eating near or below maintenance and yet I still have gained weight (bloat) so I added in ¼ ml of arimidex this morning, I will continue this daily with ½ ml on Monday and Thursday and see if that helps.

Elliptical today was 30 minutes total, 1 minute intervals. I would do 1 minute followed by an ab exercise, repeat. So, I did 30 sets of core and 30 sets of 1 minute on the elliptical.

Sense of Wellbeing: 2 – Honestly, Lethargy has shown up a bit. Not sure if I can attribute this to the Black Extreme or not. As far as sides are concerned, facial acne is increased. Slight chest and back acne as well. Blood pressure is up, causing headaches from time to time. During the shoulder portion of my workout I started getting back pumps. Taurine would be a great addition to cycle @ 5grams per day
Hunger: 5 – I’ve got this massive appetite like im starving, but I am getting full quickly. I’ve heard from others that if you struggle to eat on cycle, (No one should struggle to eat 1,800 calories) that could be a of hepatoxicity. Perhaps Liv.52 is not enough on its own for a compound like this.
Libido: 5 – Never ending sex drive.
Strength: 5 – Feeling strong and manly
