I had the scare of my life today. I have been dieting since Dec. 12 and have gone from 245 lb @ 23% to 207 @ 12%. I have been doing tons of cardio, eating 6-7 meals per day and have been supplementing with different thermos. I was trying to drop as much bodyfat as possible so that I could start a "cutting" cycle this summer. I have had excellent cycle from several fellas, especially M18 and Ultragainz. Anyway, over the last month I have been using Lipok, Yohimbe, and L-tyrosine 3 x per day at 2 lipok, Yohimbe standardized for 8 mg of yohimbine, and 2 g of L-tyrosine without any problems. 1st dose before am cardio without any probs. Well today, I was just sitting down getting ready to do my morning cardio and I started to feel the familiar heat flash but then I started to feel shortness of breath, my legs and arms started to go numb, and I had lots of difficulty thinking. Guessing that I might have been hypoglycemic, I got myself a coke and granola bar but this did nothing. The first episode lasted about 20 seconds. After about 15 min, I had another one that again lasted about 20 seconds. I tried to not have anyone call EMS, as I thought that it would just pass, but fellas, I was so scared I couldn't help but call EMS. I checked out with them ok, and went to the doc, and vitals checked out normal but there was some concern as to whether or not I may have had a mild heart attack. The dr. said that it was probably Supra Ventricular Tachycardia (a rhythm problem) but I have been advised to see a specialist. Sorry for taking up so much space, but I just want the fellas to be careful with thermos. I was the biggest advocate for them, and I still love them but I don't know if I will ever use them again. PLEASE BROS, BE CAREFUL. I think that this morning is the closest brush with death that I have ever had. I still gotta get checked but for now, I am cool. One day your are fine and then 2 seconds later you are lying on the floor with tears in your eyes, praying that you will make it. Take care fellas.
