Just had shredded wheat for breakfast for the first time. I mashed a banana in with some cottage cheese & nuts. It was REALLY good! I'm now officially a convert. And each biscuit is actually pretty decent sized for 15-16g of carbs...I :heart: finding a new clean food I like :)

SBT's butt is bigger then she thought.. She was just trying to open the car door and squeeze out between the door and wall... and she seriously got stuck!!! I was laughing so hard I had tears rolling down my face. One leg was up in the air and she was jerking back and forth and said,"I thought I could squeeze out!" She couldn't move just kept hopping up and down going "Uh, Uh" and couldn't budge.... HA HA HA HA This went on for I'm not joking like probably 3 minutes. All I did was laugh and laugh and cry and cry, and I was no help.. It should be on America's Funniest Home video's!! To bad I forgot my phone has a camera or else you all would have a picture right now!


The new phrase instead of go get bent is "Go get stuck!"

I think Duckie and Tre need to have a weekend fitness camp of their own for us to attend - how awesome would that be! We'd get to eat clean food & try out their new recipes and then have them whip us into shape at the gym :lmao:

I told ya!! Now we know what to put in the book as those with a BAD chocolate craving or sweet tooth, that will definitely fix it. Amazing because it has very, very minut sugar in it only from the allowed clean food ingredients :lmao:

I'm feelin' the same way today. I took a second T-Rex at lunch today. Hopefully that'll do the trick. I'm blaming the weather for our increased appetites!

NO I am with you on that one, I don't think its true 100% of the time, but I do feel that it is every now and then... so it can go both ways. (wasn't sure if you meant the one on the picture or one underneath though) ;)
