HA HA That's it...

Unfortunately opinions are like @ss's everyone has one!
I usually keep my mouth shut especially when someone may say something I didn't know, or enlighten me on a new way of thinking... Lamentably this guys' approach lacked class and uttered nothing but arrogance. I was waiting for the person to arrive who carried his head through the door for him, but I left before they came I suppose. I refuse to lend an ear to someone who is closed minded.

GAME OVER

Try again if you dare

Plus not to mention that he did basically put down body buildin too... unless of course your liftin like an "athlete" which I could careless bout how many million dollar athletes he supposedly trained too... grrr

Ouch - I just went through this with a trainer who would NOT back off - Always had 'a suggestion'. I came to the conclusion that he either wante to hit on me, or he wanted me to lift like an "athlete" or even better yet... "a girl". If he does try it again - Smack him a little for me, too!

Get em girls
Ya know I bet that could be it too! Plus the dumb a$$ commented on our use of machines which we counted later and saw that out of 6 days of workouts only consisted of 4 machines total... I told T we need to get some CERTIFIED PERSONAL TRAINER shirts to wear to gym as well :D

Pancakes are 1/2 c oats, 1/2 c egg whites, 1/2 cup pumpkin and whatever sweetner or spices or protein powder I want, right?

And regarding the dumb ass - What are you training today? I'm sure you can figure out some way to chuck a dumbbell in his direction. The heavier the better... :verygood:

It's not a cheat! It's just plain 100% pumpkin...no different than any other root vegetable like sweet potato. It has 9g of carbs for 1/2 cup so it's not even that carb dense. Now pumpkin pie, that's a whole 'other story :FRlol:

OK, what's all the hubub about pumpkin? Good source of fibre, I'm guessing, & clean carbs. Adds nice flavour to dishes.
Is that it, or is there anything else to it?
Is it as good a carb as oatmeal or whole wheat?

Funny that I stumbled across this because I made fat free, sugar free pudding over the weekend. Jell-o brand has a cheesecake flavor that is sugar free! I made it two ways - in parfait cups layered with mixed frozen berries - and in a bowl with sugar free raspberry jam on top. Heaven. :chomp:

Darn, I'm always the last to know, lol!!!

I liked the cheesecake... A little on the sweet side, but close enough to the real thing to be enjoyable. My fav is the regular old chocolate w/bananas & nuts mixed in.

The gatorade is the same as the powerade I usually have with my post workout shake... I'm just not at home so I had to make do :) Hence the gatorade got substituted in and the purpose of either are for a glucose based carb fix after your workout.

The gatorade is the same as the powerade I usually have with my post workout shake... I'm just not at home so I had to make do :) Hence the gatorade got substituted in and the purpose of either are for a glucose based carb fix after your workout.

Is the gatorade powdered??

"Sorry for your loss"???? Is everything ok?

Darn, I'm always the last to know, lol!!!

I liked the cheesecake... A little on the sweet side, but close enough to the real thing to be enjoyable. My fav is the regular old chocolate w/bananas & nuts mixed in.

Ooh! That chocolate sounds good.....

I liked the cheesecake too, but I didn't think it tasted like cheesecake....

Chocolate *is* good. I used to laugh at my 'betty crocker' grandma for using parfait cups and making jell-o pudding, but now I have cups of my own, lol. I make the instant pudding though - Can't wait that long to :chomp: it. Anyway, I am trying to think of a way to incorporate anpb into the chocolate pudding... thoughts?

Melt down the ANPB and pour it into ice cube trays (about 1/2 to 1 T per tray is what I use). Once that's frozen, pour the pudding on top of it and let that freeze. MMMmm.. frozen Reese's cups. :chomp: They're kinda dangerous, though. I can't stop at one. lol
