AHHHHHH... this is my life almost everyday!! And there are times I wonder why I work with a bunch of overweight women, ehehheheheh....

When the going gets tough, and these ladies get stressed out, they eat (and eat and eat). I'm always outcasted because I don't eat along with them.

There's people at work that laugh at me when the see me stretching after back day, or barely walking after leg day. But I am stronger than them, healthier, better looking (except for the wimmins) & I hardly get sick any more.

***Wow I swear I'm sore from head to toe... :lmao: Took me bout 5-10 min just to stand up straight this morning! ***

Gym!!! Cardio... wasn't quite as bad as I was thinking and pretty much went by quick and accidently did 25 min of HIIT instead of 20 min (forgot to do my 5 min warm up :rolleyes: )

m5: 2 scoops protein, 1 tsp glutamine, 1 tsp creatine, 1 scoop powerade
m6: 6 oz chicken, lettuce
m7: 1 scoop protein, 2 tbl PB

***Wow... so the leg soreness just continuously set in throughout the day and so did the sleepiness from only getting a few hours last night... I'd still say it was a pretty good workout though for being pretty tired anyways. ***

Well I didn't post my pics the last time either... but yup I'm on somewhat of a bulk lol just a very clean one, but did up the calories to 1600 range for now and will continue to up them from that. :)

Thanks JP! I have been keepin up with a good clean diet but my calories need to keep on increasin... went to 1650 this week but thats still gotta go up so will increase again to 1800 for next week and keep an eye on progress :) Hi ya there Hidn back workout was a good one, thanks for askin

***Well well well... was struggling all through yesterdays workouts although my weights did go up in all exercises, and then judging by the soreness today I guess it was a pretty good workout after all. Hmmm, although someone thinks I should've been doing more... thats all my fault though like stated before my calories were a little low on Thursday and I felt it alllll through the workout Friday night. TOnights workout however was another GREAT one, ;) at least IMO as allllll of my weights continue to keep on increasing!!! Got some good stretching in afterwards too, especially since I used the foam rollers on my quads, and really focused on the knots in my right one that keep bugging me during my quad workouts :rolleyes: ***

m3: Rasberry chicken salad (5 oz chicken, spring mix, strawberries, diced pecans)

GYM!!! CHest and arms... back to a morning workout for a little change a pace and kinda missed those. Had a pretty good one too... and as T mentioned above, yup my old PR of 40 lbs on incline DB press got slaughtered today!!!! :D :elephant:

m6: this will be.... 6 oz "apricot glazed" chicken, lettuce, mushrooms, onion
m7: also TBD... but prob 2 tbl ANPB and 3/4 cup egg whites

Oh yeahhhhhhhhhh they sure do! I can feel a difference already so gonna keep incorporating them in with the after workout stretching for sure... especially if its gonna help the huge knot in my right quad go away :)

Thanks CK, GG and Buns! :D Hmmm...I think its prob a little bit of everything that helps but the biggest part being having a training partner ;) Esp on days when I need the extra push!
