Got up with all intentions of AM cardio, but... the irradic sleep pattern last night has me completely exhausted!!! So, that plan will be put on hold until after work tonight I suppose.

8:15 a.m.
-1/2 banana
-1/3 cup oatmeal
-1 scoop protein
-1 tsp pumpkin pie spice

1:00 p.m.
-1 cup brocolli
-3 oz sweet potato
-5 oz chicken

5:00 p.m.
-1/4 cup blueberries
-strawberry MRP

9:00 p.m.
-3 oz chicken
-1 cup brocolli
-1 cup spring mix

11:00 p.m.
(Trying to get calories up there barely at 1000 low today)
-2 egg whites
-1 scoop protein
-helped a little

I usually add in splenda and the sugar free coffee syrups... So I'll add one of those in also. Maybe vanilla hazlenut blend.... Hmmm

All this talk about sleep......I wonder how I've gotten any the last 2 nights. My AC is on the blink. Just bought this damn condo and I'm already fixing it!!! I had them buy me a 1 year warranty on major equipment, so it's covered, but I've been sleeping in 80 degree heat and humidity. Ceiling fans are CRANKED!!!! My poor dogs......

Hope your AC is working!!!!! :twirl:

Howdy hunny!!! Actually my ac bites the big one too and that's usually why I am up about 20 times a night... already put in a request for them to get down here and fix it though ;)

YOU ARE LUCKY if you hold fat in the upper body. Like 80% of women are opposite. In my case, ALL the fat is in the (_I_)!!!!!!!!!! Actually mine is more like this:

Yeah I have had to do lots squats, lunges, and then hovers in cycle to get there :) My legs were JELL-o today at the beginning of class (spin) though do to the quick leg workout before :lmao:

Yup... you noticed the location I see... it stinks :( Spent two hours searchin for her and was late to work then left early to be able to check the shelter too but nothing just yet. What sucks is she got away because she weaseled out of her collar so her tags aren't on her either :bawling: Here's the little stinker....
