Diet: --- eh who cares today... I over slept.

Training:
PM: traded full body for hammies because I need to pick a day off to fit the 3x/week program.

6 min cardio warmup

Hammies:
- GMs: bar/20 10/15 15/15
- DLs: bar/20 10/15 25/10
- leg curls: 105/10 95/12 80/10 -- tendons behind my left knee started to strain. Dammit
- hypers: 5 + 5(5 pulse) + 5 x 3

Cardio: 25 min stepper
