Today - first thing out of bed -- weight - 146.5. I took pix & will upload them later today.

Then I discover I have no water pressure this morning. So I ate meal 1 instead of just a couple pre-cardio eggs, and now off to the gym for cardiodiodio.

I really need to find a tanning booth too. (To Do list for today continues to grow...)

Well today just pretty much got fucked up. My water pressure came back, of course, after I finished eating breakfast & half way out the door to the gym. O well.

So I get to the gym -- the problem is that I was supposed to run a 3 day carb up experimenting w/ 3 diff types of carb each day. Except I don't know what exactly I'm supposed to be eating becaues my diet is on my notebook which has been locked in the trainer's office since Thurs. Of course none of his assistants came to the gym today (even though everyone said they'd be here to paint the office) and no one else has the key to the office & I dont' know anyone's phone # and my trainer is out of town & hasn't answered any of my messages since Thursday. So, I'm kinda fucked in the carb up arena.

So I stayed low carb today. Did 55 min of cardio, found a tanning salon that is open until 9 pm so I can get to it after training, hit Costco & came home & tanned some more. Another 50 min cardio is in my near future.

Hopefully SOMEONE will open the freeking office tomorrow.
 
And after IMing a couple of my supportive EF buds, I got off my whine box & climbed on the Precor for a whopping 55 min. ATTITUDE ADJUSTMENT!

Sassy, that is really great. You are working your ass off and it shows...literally! You've got nice size too....haven't lost any of that! Really great progress....totally inspiring. You are a machine!
