I feel so sore, everything hurt me, I'm so tired!!! I need REST!!!!!!!
Today NO WORKOUT NO CARDIO...I FEEL GUILTY!!!!!!!!!!!!!
 
Don't feel guilty...Get some sleep and take care of yourself!! You will not improve unless you are rested and can workout with a body that is 100% healthy!! ;)

Rest tonight, and then hit it hard tomorrow! ;)

After woke up 35 MIN CARDIO empty stomach BEfore I took my thyroid pills + 2000 CARNITINE + 500mg L-TYROSINE

Does anybody know how much L-tyrosine and Taurine can I take?? It's helpfull suplemm for THYROID!!
