ok cuz i plugged in my max of 275 and wanted to know if I should modify it at all

Start time: too excited to lift again... checked after 2nd set of squats: 7:45pm

255x3 (PR!!!!!!!!) ... was going to do a 5 or 7lb jump... made it a 10lb jump :evil: smooth... like buttah!

*Nothing really to say or complain about here I owned the squat rack.. it went SOOOO WELL... damn, least this makes me happy cuz bench sure as hell doest. However, i'll wake up and be in traction tomorrow morning, LOL! ... calling chiro. ASAP tomorrow*

155x8 (165x6 top set last day 3... started lower this time and ramped up smoother)

*Notes.. form was slow and perfect... I wanted to slam the last set, powered... explosivley through reps 1-4 on it... it went great... banged out the rest nicely*

*Spinal Erectors said nuttin' but a peep... now my spine on the other hand... a little tweaked so gave me some shit throughout the workout, but it was fine otherwise*

*Wow my spine felt like it got compressed 3 inches :worried: ... maybe I'll do them seated next time, not sure if that'll help... but ever since 5x5 I like doing lifts without using benches, ect.. when i don't have to for my core.*

Workout Rating: 7 STARS!!! :garza: Feelin' good... one of those workouts where I drive home and seriously jam out to some tunes... I mean, i'm ready to party type gettin' crazy mood :D :evil: lol :verygood:

Sweet squat PR. Looks like that pull-fest a couple days ago didn't hamper you at all.

I would suggest you try to calm down from the workout, lest you not get to sleep until 3 a.m. But until you get that new bed, sleep might be the last thing your back needs. ;)

Right! I wasn't drained at all from the pull fest... i've been feeding well to aid recovery :) :RADAR

LOL! Yeah, seriously... I'm pretty relaxed right now, just ate a few times already... whey and h20 right away... then 1.5 chicken breasts and wild cajun rice... and 3 FRESH cookies :verygood:

Exactly... friggin' bed gots a hole in the middle basically. One, large dip/hamocking (sp?) in the matress from my fat ass over the years, lol. and when I sleep face down my back get sucked into the hole when i wander over while i'm sleeping to get comfortable and i wake up like "ahhhh SHIT... " and feelin' like an old man :rolleyes: ... That new non-spring matress (not supposed to "hammock"/dip like spring ones over time) better be here friday or ima hurt somebody.
