SGT, the bands still get a FULL ROM. I do my REG bench. then do some Band work. Tripples only worrying about speed not weight. You do your REG BENCH. Then hook up some bands for some extra work.....

I would never train 'part' of a lift just like u said. Ill train my whole lift and then tweak a following exercise to help my main lift...

Do you think the bands helped or was it more of a strategic deload??
I'm sure we all have points in a lift that are slightly weaker than others...but I need to train the full ROM and get stronger at it...
If I start working out with 225 for 1/4 reps... what would happen when i brought it all the way to my chest??... i dunno.
I'm going to give these triples a few weeks and see what happens I guess... bands aren't an option, period...unless I bought them (not happening... OLY shoes first if i'm going to spend any money on gear).
