Anyway, I finally located Week 4 Day 1 and saw that you did 194 last week for your top set. Try going for 197 on Day 3 for the triple and quintuple () on Week 6 Day 1. I know the guideline is +2.5% each week (which would give ~=5 lbs for bench), but that's just not going to happen given that bench is probably your most heavily trained lift and that you're not benching T-esque amounts. Drop back a bit and give microloading a shot, and when you stall on that go to triples.
