I don't like fish much anymore, i hate mushrooms... so i'd say my taste buds prefer sweet stuff... although i do like to enjoy escargo on occasion :verygood:

I'll type the quantities out and measure next time if you want to try it.

I haven't had that for a few years... actually i think i've only had it twice so far... very good.. tastes like cheese... and I love cheese :RADAR

Took vids of all last 3 sets of the 3 core lifts.

Workout Rating: Well, I hit 'em all...so i guess it went well. My back hurts... not the pump pain like before...but the pain where I need to see my chiropracter ASAP :worried: fuck.
