Thanks!! I have Squat, Bench, Rowing tonight.... I think i'm going to bring my digi to the gym for the first time. It's really cool to see my own mechanics and form... and i want 'em cirtiqued too.
Hitting 225x5 Squat again, lol... unless i'm ambitious and go for 230x5 (I think that'd be a PR... can't remember... might save it for friday).
You can do it stop being a sissy and kill that shit lol. I know what u mean, i would do 225x5, and then friday i know i would be able to do 230x5 like u said.
190x5 Bench tonight is going to be interesting... might have to use more arch and legs than I'd like to
Make sure u stay nice and tight. This always is what helps me lift when it gets heavy. When im loose i miss lifts, when im tight, i usually always nail it.
Diet today:
Shake
Water, Egg Beaters (thanks BiggT), Brocolli, frozen Mixed Fruit, Pineapple, Apple Juice, small scoop of Strawberry whey for flavour, medium banana, ANPB (I think that's it, lol)
