sagging butt issue

About 6 years ago I lost a good 40lbs of body fat. Lately, I've manage to keep it between 11-8%. My problem is, even at 8% body fat, my lowwer body just looks like crap. My abs are really ripped at that percent, but my butt is sagging. I thought it was just fat, but now I'm realizing its also lose skin.

I've seen pictures of some pros bulking up like 60 lbs of water and fat, then looking just crazy tight (skin) on stage 3 months later. Whats the trick, how does thier skin get that tight? hmmm.... inform me pls.

It was never really an issue untill I started seriously thinking of compitition. Don't think thats going to win me any points. If you can help me with any info, or have had the same problem, please to post a reply.

duuuude. how are your leg workouts? Have you tried lunges? Try to use the smith machine for them, that will work your loose butt quite well -
 
bite the bullet and see a plastic surgeon. that sounds like something that they do after someone loses a large amount of weight and has all that loose skin.
 
when you were fat most of your weight gain was in the lower half. When a pro bb'er gains 50 lbs they gain all over so they don't have as much loose skin in the hips as you might have.
 
Plastic surgeon is probably the answer, squatting will help but if it's about the loose skin you need a surgeon.
 
thanks for the replies. I'll do the surgery if their is no other way, but I'm going to try everything else first. I've been thinking maybe if I can add muscle mass to my lowwer body, the skin might not be so lose. Its going to have to be a lot of freaken muscle though. I need to add like 200 lbs lean body mass on my ass lol that should tight it right up.

i dont want an ass of an 80 year old....

righ right... maybe its time for a huge test/deca/d-bol cycle and just hit legs. Like not even work out upper body, just enough to keep it from losing any muscle (one every 10-12 days?). Add like 200lbs to my squats =D
 
I would use a combo of heavy weight, next time change it to hi reps/lighter weight, the extra cardio from that will sure help.
sure it will be brutal,but you will achieve your goal depending how much loose skin there is, or at least see where you stand after bombing that area.
