About 6 years ago I lost a good 40lbs of body fat. Lately, I've manage to keep it between 11-8%. My problem is, even at 8% body fat, my lowwer body just looks like crap. My abs are really ripped at that percent, but my butt is sagging. I thought it was just fat, but now I'm realizing its also lose skin.
I've seen pictures of some pros bulking up like 60 lbs of water and fat, then looking just crazy tight (skin) on stage 3 months later. Whats the trick, how does thier skin get that tight? hmmm.... inform me pls.
It was never really an issue untill I started seriously thinking of compitition. Don't think thats going to win me any points. If you can help me with any info, or have had the same problem, please to post a reply.
