Safety's Super Awsome Thread!!

Im not sure if this is the right thread, but i figured my natural ways might rub off and some young guns (18-22) considering the anabolic androgenic steroids way of life, might join me. With the help of NeedTo, HesnoBradPitt, and im sure many others, assured me i could reach my goals without the use of joose...lets find out if they are right :P

Lets see....im a football player at 185lbs, 5.11", and unknown bf (id say somewhere around 13ish). Just suffered a fractured collarbone and 3rd degree AC Joint tare. The link below will show my most recent combine results coming out of high school, if you are interested.

As you can tell, if you have followed everything so far, im not the most genetically gifted athlete. Alright, so 2 months later, after some physcio to recover from the injury, im ready to hit the gym and get my swell on! My coach got me on a 12wk power program to put some size and strength on...but before anything, i figured i should commit myself to 1 1/2 months in the gym and at home with my diet to prepare myself for this program.

Anyways, down to the meat and potatoes...
Started this program on monday (Feb 11) 198lbs, 6.05" (appearantly ive grown), 13%bf, 19years of age. Ran a 40 in 4.79s and my vert is up to 28.5. Just completed the first week. My one rep maxs, as of monday, are as follows...

Bench: 215 Squat:335 Clean: 165 Dead Lift:335
Military Press: 120 Rows:190 Shrugs:315

I know its a long read, but i just want to encourage other kinder athletes to do the same as i am. Anyways, if you guys are still interested ill keep you posted up on my strength program...or just let me know that im a lamezoid and just keep this board to roid related topics.

^^especially at that age and from judging your pixs .. no offense bro but u can do so much improvment from diet and pounding them weights alone .. no need to touch juice for a longgg time

yaaah this is what i was getting at...cause i know there is a good majority of 18 and 19 year olds on this board asking about a straight winnie cycle or Deca-Durabolin - nandrolone decanoate - because they heard thats a cool thing to do.

Safety, great thread man. I wish I would have read something like this before I started. I'm on cycle 3 right now, and only 21, and I'm not big lol. The first 2 were before I read anything on this site. I got bigger from them, but I didn't get any bigger than I could have natty, I realize now. I'm now doing a proper cycle and getting decent gains but wish I had not done it at all. Right after I started this cycle I really started reading. I know so much more now in just 6 weeks it's not even funny. As soon as I finish this cycle no more anabolic androgenic steroids for me for a long time. I wish I had someone to tell me that at first!

Anyway, as another youngin. Anyone in the 18-22 arena that is thinking about taking the plunge -- DONT. Learn all you can on here about diet and exercise routines, etc. Work out for a few years until you are in really good condition. Then think about hitting the juice.

Anyway just my 2 cents.
 
Dude you look small, sure you're not 165lbs - props to you for not hittin the juice. Aren't you eatin enough of that Alberta beef. Get yourself a big $30 beef rib roast - cook it up / slice it and keep that in you're fridge and just eat like a mad man. Mustard, pickle, cheese and roast beef on a multigrain pannini bun - that'll keep you growing.

Thats a great post and im going to give you the respect you deserve ,you have come a long way it shows dedication ,and people like you who wont to better them self and are prepared to take advice are the success storys of this board .

haha...actually im lookin into purchasing a whole fatted calf and mowing down on that for awhile. naaah...im actully eatin at least a 3-4 times a week of good old alberta beef. i like the pannini idea..ill try that. i know it looks like im 165...but secretly im packin 8and20 legs under my shorts :P

thanks for the input mus1cjunk1e...people just have to realize its really not that hard, just a little commitment and willpower. ill keep the updates coming i guess..

Good attitude bro. Like others have said here, you have a few years of solid weight training to go before you should touch steroids, and there is nothing wrong with that either. Now is the perfect opportunity for you to run some "practice" cycles such as Phyto-Test or Dermacrine. Treat them like gear and try to do everything you would on a real cycle, i.e., high protein intake, low carbs, heavy training(without hurting yourself), and proper sleep and supplements. And in the meantime, keep reading the boards like you already are so when the time comes for your first real cycle, it will be everything you thought it would be.

Thanks perry! i never though of the "practice cycle"...thats a really good idea. i cant get derma since i live up in canada, but i will def try the phyto test and maybe some tea-3 after im done this program.

That's exactly it. I used to think it was impossible for me to get big/cut/defined/whatever. Of course now that I researched everything to make the most of this cycle, I know that I just wasn't getting enough cals/not enough protein/didn't have a good enough routine/etc. With the knowledge I have now, I feel confident that I will continue to grow without anything more than protein powder, creatine, and LOTS AND LOTS of food. Just wish I would have known all of that sooner.
