Im not sure if this is the right thread, but i figured my natural ways might rub off and some young guns (18-22) considering the anabolic androgenic steroids way of life, might join me. With the help of NeedTo, HesnoBradPitt, and im sure many others, assured me i could reach my goals without the use of joose...lets find out if they are right

Lets see....im a football player at 185lbs, 5.11", and unknown bf (id say somewhere around 13ish). Just suffered a fractured collarbone and 3rd degree AC Joint tare. The link below will show my most recent combine results coming out of high school, if you are interested.

As you can tell, if you have followed everything so far, im not the most genetically gifted athlete. Alright, so 2 months later, after some physcio to recover from the injury, im ready to hit the gym and get my swell on! My coach got me on a 12wk power program to put some size and strength on...but before anything, i figured i should commit myself to 1 1/2 months in the gym and at home with my diet to prepare myself for this program.
Anyways, down to the meat and potatoes...
Started this program on monday (Feb 11) 198lbs, 6.05" (appearantly ive grown), 13%bf, 19years of age. Ran a 40 in 4.79s and my vert is up to 28.5. Just completed the first week. My one rep maxs, as of monday, are as follows...
Bench: 215 Squat:335 Clean: 165 Dead Lift:335
Military Press: 120 Rows:190 Shrugs:315
I know its a long read, but i just want to encourage other kinder athletes to do the same as i am. Anyways, if you guys are still interested ill keep you posted up on my strength program...or just let me know that im a lamezoid and just keep this board to roid related topics.
