My advice is MOVE ON!!! Drop everything and start again, people who seek recourse ultimately become obsessed with it and it eats up value time of which we all have been given so little of. Please consider this, I think it will make you happier in the end.

He can't come back. The court entered a no contact order stating he can't come here. I'm moving anyway. It isn't so much that he took money...if I sue him it will be for all the other stuff.

i know your a lawyer and such but you do realize that not only can HE not contact you but he is also in violation if he SENDS someone to talk to you. his lawyer is not to speak to you directly either. thats why you have a lawyer unless you are your own lawyer.

and the money thing... im telling this story not to make you feel bad but for all the ef females here.

my former friend did this exact same thing to his wife. made her drop everything and made her completely dependant upon him. they also had 2 bank accounts. one was in both their names (thats the one HER paychecks went into) and the other was in just HIS name. (thats where HIS paychecks went). he made her sell HER house she had in georgia when she moved here to florida. well the money she made from HER sale went right into HIS account that she could not touch. then i witnessed him call ALL of HIS credit card companies and one by one pay them off with HER money. thats when i knew something was up. well someone tipped off his wife (i wonder who that could have been ) and she confrunted him. he flipped out on her (never hit her thank god but the verbal abuse was bad enough). well, he kicked HER out of the house with her 3 kids (he had 2 of his own) they were renting together, then a few days later HER paycheck was direct deposited to the accoutn with both their names on it. well what do you think the asshole did? yup, he drained the account the morning it posted. the bank said they remembered him cause he was waiting outside the bank for them to open and he went right to the teller and drained the entire account. but because HIS name was on the account they had to let him. when she talked to her lawyer about the money he took they talked to the bank and said that because both names were on the account it is considered both their money. they said he had every right to it cause she okay'd the name to be put on the account. i lost touch with the asshole cause he tried to screw me over and got me arrested just for the police to find out HE did it and now the FBI are after him. we also found out he tried to kill his ex wife. he cut her brake lines, that didnt work, then he hired a hit man to do it but that guy got caught and rated him out but they cant prove it yet. he burned down his house we was renting for the rental insurance money to pay the hitman. he also got caught before all this putting his car in a chop shop and getting the insurance money for it. guilty on 7 felonies. but we didnt find this out till after he screwed us all over and ran. i heard hes in new york now.


anyway, ladies if you see these signs ask questions. if he puts all YOUR money in a joint account but puts HIS money in an account with just his name on it then run. take your money and run or at leased put it in a seperate account until he can put his account in your name as well. banks are not allowed to take your name off an account without your permission. so heather id go to the bank and find out why he was able to take your name off the account without your permission. the bank will be liable as well. the way i look at it...NOBODY FUCKS WITH MY MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yeah, no doubt about men who have to have you under their thumbs -- insecure, pathetic lot.

Yeah, I realize that he is violating the no contact order, but he must have hired the dumbest biatch on the planet to represent him, because she violated it herself by contacting my father. You can't contact third persons for that person, either.

His son came over last night and started banging on the door and demanding in. I opened the door and he stormed in like he owned the place. I told him to leave because of the no contact order, and he flatly refused. Next time I will call the cops. I've had it.

Ummmm...I don't have guns...lol. I think I'm just going to say that I am calling the police and then do it. Problem is, they break in almost every day if I leave the house
