If you're not married to the guy and his kids are not there why are you still living there? Wouldn't you just pack up and leave? The relationship is over - why would you stay there? Your being there probably just drives him even more to behave in a negative manner.

he only joined to stalk me on here back in September. LOL. He has never posted.

Well, because he took all the money. It definitely was not because I wanted to stay here. He left and took away all access to the bank accounts. I told him back when he first got arrested that if he helped me move out, I would be out the same day. He has spent more money renting a hotel, etc than it would have cost to help me move. That is completely irrational and the part that I don't understand. He promised that if I would move down here and close my law office, and we ended breaking up, he would put me in the exact position I was in before I came down here. He had promised he would buy me furniture to replace the furniture, computers, and other business assets that I gave up. I didn't even ask him for that. All he had to do is help me move so I wouldn't be stuck here. He must have wanted me to be stuck here, because he has now spent money for hotels, a lawyer, etc. I do have money of my own, but there is a substantial penalty to withdraw it. I hope you cancel all your credit cards if his name is on them, you cancel anything that is associated with him (like cell phones, cable, home phone, ANYTHING and EVERYTHING)....
And your friends should be there for you and have a place for you to crash so you don't have to be at psycho's casa. Get outta there darlin!!!
