Injured my rotator cuff muscles , not sure what one specifically, about 2 weeks ago. Having treatment from my physio & doing exercises to help strengthen. Limited upper body workouts are pissing me off. The main problem I have is that on raising my arm to the side into the a level shoulder position , my delts just pop up & my whole delt & trap area looks fucking awful. I expect that this is from the lack of stabilising rotator muscles. The thing is guys, Im working towards a competition next year in Sept & Im really concerned how this is going to look by then & if it will resolve properly so I will have some chance of coming in symetrical. My shoulders & traps are some of my best parts. Please anyone with experience could you advise. Thanks nzrodney
