bro's im almost done with physical therapy, im starting to think juicing was a partial culprit for the damage, im almost healed but im thinking about whether to ever cycke again...i dont want to go through this hell again.

Injuries really suck but you can overcome it. Stick with the exercises your PT gave you and integrate them into your workout schedule.

I see too many people who hit the gym and pile on the weight (and then some) while on cycle and most do not realize that the muscles grow much faster than tendons. I injured my elbow a year ago because I went too damn far while on cycle. I learned my lesson, nursed my injury and overcame the whole damn mess

Also try some supplements. I have been reading rave reviews of Cissus Quadrangularis. You can get it in bulk and also in premade tabs. I read up on it here on EF and I met a guy at the gym with a rotator cuff injury and he said in three weeks he noticed a difference. I've also read a lot about
ALFLUTOP recently (I need to read more myself) that may also help.

The bottom line: never give up!

We're all here to help each other - keep a positive mind!

fuck you basterd I going to say that.muscles will grow way faster then the tendoins on the jiuce.I fucked my shulder up long time ago on my first cycle becuase I did not know this.

amen. This is a very frequent occurance. I keep this in mind constantly as it seems im the Ken Griffey Jr of life... im so injury prone its rediculas. So I am extra careful while I am on gear to not go to far too fast.

Id much rather gain 10 pounds on a cycle and keep it, than 25 and then get injured just to lose it all. :coffee:

more warming up

I have my old lady massage me...which isn't often enough! But it works. I also noticed Cutler and Coleman in their videos had massage therapists.

I was boxing for the U.S Army back in 2000 and separated my left shoulder and pulverized my rotator cuff. I was in phys therapy for over a year and it still hurts to this day. I was clean back then {no juice}so that wasnt the culprit. From what I've been told by the medical gurus is that the shoulder {especially} is a very complicated and intricate joint to which many nerves and blood vessals connect to. I would continue with your resitance {rubber band training} utilizeing heavy resistance as time goes on. Eventually { in another year or so!} train with light weights and go from there. You def. dont want to fuck that area of your body up for life. I like lifting my daughter up in the air and seeing her smile. If I didnt do proper phys therapy, that wouldnt be possible.

And no juice was not the culprit....too much weight or incorrect lifting techniques are to blame.

What's sick is almost beating the shit outta the guy who won the army ten miler, and then just as his knees buckle and about to go down, you get overzealous and throw a big wifer that glanced of top of his head and totally throw your arm out. At least I was on synthetic morphine for a year and a half. Prolly only needed the pain meds right after surgery but.

I like opiates........

and needto....... No Homo, but i love your fuckin posts around here, pm me sometime.

I hear ya bro. After years of dealing with chronic shoulder pain (especially w/certain pressing movements) I started ART therapy. Read tons about it & I am hoping it will help. Doc feels as though it's classic imbalance between anterior & posterior shoulder muscles. He just looked at my shoulder & could tell. You have to balance all the presses (overhead, bench, incline) with rows, etc.

I am sure most bodybuilders have this imbalance & over time it get worse & worse.

Bottom line, work your external rotators everyday & make sure your rowing as much as your pressing (volume that is)

if your interested in ART check out www.activerelease.com

good thread

im not souly blaming the juice,,,,when i got off cycle the shit would inflame enough to send me to the hospitol.

then when i tried to hop back on npp and var the shit inflamed again to to point where i needed medical attention and i wasnt even lifting

I know many people who have injured thier cuff while on the sauce!! stretch more and dont lift so hevy next time and u will b fine
