- 1 tbsp Fage Greek yogurt, ½ tbsp Dijon mustard & 1 tbsp vegetable stock mixed as dressing

Crab pasta
- 1/2 cup cooked brown rice pasta
- 8 oz crab meat sautéed with onion, garlic, broccoli rabe, mushrooms
- ½ cup Del Monte petite diced tomatoes
