Seriously, Roons, you are AWESOME at describing those moves. Where did you come up with most of them? A few of them (like the standing with the kick-up with the cable) sounds a lot like one I read about in Shape while on the plane yesterday.

I really wish my gym had a BOSU ball. Have you ever used one of those for yours lifts? I always see really good ideas for those, and I'm all about workin' the core (thanks to curgeo -- he hammered that into my brain!)
