roids and the heart

I am currently playing rugby, which is a game that takes alot of running and endurance. I am about to start mild stack of Sust &Winn and was wondering if anyone's heart has been affected by the use of these along with lots of cardio.

Yeah, interesting point. I've read somewhere (can't remember where) that taking AAS while doing lots of cardio related exercise can increase the size of your heart, as your heart is a muscle too.
I suppose it makes sense.
An increase in heart size has got it's obvious health problems.
Though wouldn't Rugby be more stop start running?
I think this article related to longer distance runners. Still, be careful and don't take any advice from me - a Biology gcse dropout!

This is a great question. It depends how many receptors there are on your heart (I don't know the answer to that) and I'm sure the type of AAS you're using. Any AAS that causes water retention will put an added strain on your heart, and that can include sust.

Enlargement of the heart has been reported in many athletes with and without steroid use. This may lead to long term health problems, the trick is to watch your blood pressure and resting heart rate. Keep them both down.;)
