right side of body is much more developed

well my left upper body is quite far behind my right side...

here is why

lots tossing around the shot put and one handed presses with my right side

discus exercises with that one side and etc

always hitting poses with my right bicep all the time as well...left the left out...

upper arm is about a half an inch smaller and i can see it big time...


and even my pec on on that side isnt as developed as my right side...


HELP ME PLEASE !
 
Just single out the excersises for the left side. Start doing D-Bell presses but with just the left side, start doing curls, but with the left side.

That being said, it may sound easy. But, Im not sure what you can do to hold the right side down until the left catches up, maybe stay at the same weight? Im no expert.
 
start jerkin with your left hand, it hits all your target muscles... it'll even out eventually
 
Start throwing shotput and discus with your left hand. This could give you a different outlook on your throwing form as well.

yup & it helps to imagine you're doing it with someone different than your right-handed imagination!
 
another idea is to do an extra few sets for the underdeveloped side.
 
my left pec is bigger than my right, right arm bigger than left, left shoulder bigger than right, right upper leg bigger than left, left calf bigger than rihgt, left trap bigger than right, right back bigger than left.

it sucks but im so fucked right now im just gunna keep lifting and see what planet it takes me to
