Revised routine, critique please!

Well I had a thread on here a couple weeks ago, but wanted to see what you guys thought about this routine? So far, I feel pretty good about it.


Day 1: Chest, all chest.
Day 2: Tri/bi
Day 3: Legs
Day 4: Back/shoulders
Rest for one to two days and then repeat.

Abs and cardio (high intensity) every other day reguardless.
 
ur gonna work ur tricepts 2 days in a row?

i suggest not bastardizing back by tossing shoulders on that day..

id personally go

Chest and shoulders
tri and bi
legs
back


or actually, even more personally, id completely change what u have
and do chest and bi
legs
shoulders and tri
back
 
agree--sort of rules-out close grips for mass;

and then back/shoulders then legs next day---not enough rest between largest muscle groups.
on cycle what i would do is
chest tri mon
back bi tue
legs wed
should traps thus
day or 2 off
off cyle i sometime go eod between workouts and keep to the same arrangemnts

i would change it to this

chest/bi
hams/quads
off
back/tri
shoulders/calves
off
 
Also, on the days I have chest, I hit it hard. And the day after, my chest is obviously sore, but my lats as well. Does this happen to anyone else?
 
Best Iv followed is:
Monday - Chest, Triceps, abs
Tuesday - Back, Calves
Friday - Shoulders, Triceps, abs
Saturday - Legs (including calves), Biceps, Forearms
