Well I had a thread on here a couple weeks ago, but wanted to see what you guys thought about this routine? So far, I feel pretty good about it.
Day 1: Chest, all chest.
Day 2: Tri/bi
Day 3: Legs
Day 4: Back/shoulders
Rest for one to two days and then repeat.
Abs and cardio (high intensity) every other day reguardless.
