Results of my 2 weeks on CLEN

Started at about 201 lbs (in the morning) at 18% BF(38.25) inch waist. 5'8, btw

I did 2 weeks at 100mcgs. This is my last day:

Results: 197lbs at about 16% BF. I increased my Lbm by 3lbs and I dropped a total of 7lbs of fat (and some water) . My waist is just under 37 inches(36.75). I'm starting to see som veins in my arms and shoulders and there is very little fat left on my glutes, chest and legs. My face is less "puffy"

Muscles are significantly harder.

Side-effects: Not as bad as I would have expected. Day 3 and 4 were by far the worst days. Headaches on day 2-4 were easily taken care of with 4 extra strengh tylenol. Shakes got pretty bad the first day I took 4 tabs and 5 tabs. I had trouble drawing straight lines n Engineering design class.

Last 3 days, I had trouble peeing probably due to an enlarged prostate.

Diet: Pretty shitty, not much of a diet anyway. ate 2800 cals(not very clean) and I'm use to bulkin at 3100 and cutting at 2300-2400. I only had time to do cardio ONCE during the entire 2 weeks.

Overall I'm very satisfied with the results.

>>>damm , I can't believe this , you are using clen and you are not EATING CLEAN ???????????????? and you did cardio ONCE in 2 weeks ?? ...... sorry but that is just kinda stupid . you should be eating VERY clean and doing cardio 4 x a WEEK on empty stomach .

Okay, yes you're right but let me explain my situation to you.

I'm an Engineering student with 30 hours of class a week and I work on the weekends as a kitchen manager 2 full time 8 hour shifts. I go to the gym 4 days a week and I try to do cardio 3-4 times a week before my 8:30 am classes. Some Nights I have to study until 1 am and I'm suppose to wake up at 6 am to do cardio, Very tough. I tried to diet, and I did for 3 days, but It's nearly impossible for me right now. I feel extremely weak and I can't focus and my grades will suffer.

Okay, but why take clen if I can't diet? Well, I couldn't stand how fat I had become during my bulking phase. I felt so fat, I was to embarassed to take my shirt off in front of my girlfriend. I chickened out of fucking her even though she was practically begging me. Needless to say, I'm not with that chick anymore. Absolutely pathetic. What would you have done? I needed a quick fix.

I thought I would go on with bulking and lose a little weight and keep my muscle. I never expected to put 3 lbs of muscle on.
 
well,considering your inconsistent diet,i would say you kicked some ass w/ those results...now just imagine the results w/ a clean diet...KIND OF SCARY...STAY FOCUSED BRO.GOOD WORK...

I plan on on bulking up to mid december. Then 2 weeks of maintenance. And then a long cutting phase (16 weeks).

Every week my strength and muscle mass are going up since I came back from physio at the end of august. When I started again I did 135 on incline bench for 4 sloppy reps! Now I'm pressing 190 lbs on the incline for 7 reps. Everyone thinks I'm juiced.
 
I'm in 5 yr engineering myself bud, taking 8 courses and I personnaly think that diet and training go hand in hand with school. First of all, forget girlfriends they'll just burn up your time, forget about partying too and you will definetly have time for school and a trainning/diet regime. Just push yourself by reminding your self how much fun you'll have with a fucking good job $$$$$ and a wicked body when you graduate out of hell.

BTW those are some good results for 2 wks and minimal cardio, now imagine what you could do if you applied yourself!!! You should know how to push yourself, now then push yourself a little harder!!

As a kid I use to have an overeating problem, when I started training I was 188lbs at over 20% BF. I really think the overeating help me put muscle mass on.

I'm over it, and I'm very capable of dieting but I get into such a foul mood and my concentration and focus suffer that I usually fall asleep at 9 pm something I can really risk doing right now. All I know is that I react very well to clen, and I will continue using it to help keep fat down and for dieting.
 
I think you calcualted you gains wrong

Beginning weight=201 * 82% = 164.82 lbm
Ending weight= 197 * 84% = 165.48 lbm

165.48-164.82=0.66 gain in lbm
