I P O-W-N-E-D that gym today! I got pissed 'cuz S helped switch it a bit so I wouldn't have to do anything with DB's..... Well little did I know that my quads were still a bit pissed form monday! Had to kinx that exercise go back to the original plan minus a superset... So I get over there and by then I was real mad. So I pumped out 2 sets to walk over to the DB rack and find that there is only 1 60 pound DB... So I said F@ck it grabbed the 65's and pumped out 12 reps on set 4 at a 6 TUT. Got done still mad and my weights was just through the roof... I was so mad I drew an evil :evil: face in my log next to legs and yeah.... Someone is not going to be walking soon! Feel MUCH MUCH better now. I had 3 guys' that normally don't say anything to me stop and say, "that's a lot of weight".... I said,"Do you want to work in?" They just laughed and said,"Uhhh no." I guess 345 pounds was a bit much for them :evil: :mad: :evil:

Mood = Feeling Much better today
Body Soreness = Ohhhhhhh yeah…. Glutes and hams are already sore…. I think walking will be fun later one. Abs/Obliques sore too

Cardio = HIIT, no CB this morning again… Much better attack this morning though and was more energized.

Food

2 glucorell, 2 sesapure
M1
4oz. turkey, 1/4C oatmeal
(supplements = multi-vit, ginseng, triflex, saw palmetto, DHEA)

M2
Snack (FORGOT THIS)

2 glucorell, 2 sespaure
M3
5 oz. chicken, Mrs. Dash, 1T olive oil, 3 oz. Sweet potato
(supplements = calcium/magnesium, vit. C & E, green tea)

M4
1 scoop protein, 2.5g glutamine, ½ scoop NO2 mix, amino acids
1C Apple

Weights = Chest and Lats

M5
1 scoop protein, 2.5g creatine, 2.5g glutamine
1 scoop powerade, .50C blueberries

M6
1 Snack = 1 serving almonds

M7
5oz. grilled steak, mushrooms, onions, lettuce, and balsamic vinegar

M8
5 egg whites with mrs. Dash, mushroom, onion, 1 serving almonds

(Supplement = Milk Thistle)
Bed


Macros =??

Notes = Think test was high the past 3 days I feel back to normal today not edgy at all.
