Well confidence to some people can be seen as arrogance and unapproachable.....

I used to get that on my reviews all the time.....a lot of people can be intimidated by a strong woman....

You are right Jens... most people walk around shoulders caved forward and slouched... or you have the ditsy people who walk chest out smiling and no brains... and then a few of us.. confident, but enough brains to know what's going on in our 'opponent's' head, and that smiling at everyone 'Men' is an invitation to have MANY pointless conversations especially when you are trying to get something done....

Well I was grumpy yesterday so I hear dat!

Only time I walk around with my head down is when I'm walking outside & looking for dropped change!!

Be true to yourself girlie, be who you are & if people are threatened by that then fuggetaboutem.....

In a bar I always get the worse pick up line ever known to man "you know, you should smile", arrrr I hate that! I agree with Jens! You know who you are and it works, never change!

Hi Treil! I could have never imagined you been grumpy! I can say that attractive women - I include myself- who ar confident and have a powerful personality...may be labeled as "unapproachable" by men or other women also...BECAUSE IT TAKES AN EQUALLY POWERFUL person to not feel threatened...I think people who suggest such a thing, are only mirroring their own insecurities...LOL...
So keep on being yourself...because YOU LOVE being YOU!

Well it's like I know who I am not trying to be fake... Believe me a fake smile.. LOOKS fake on me Ask SBT.. I treid and she started laughing at me and told me I looked fake. I just can't pretend to be something or someone who I am not. So I guess I will remain unapproachable. So if I'm so unapproachable to talk with, then why is it so easy for men/women to grab my body parts and smile? I would think an unapproachable person you wouldn't have the balls to do that to them?
It seems to be the theme for my life this year.. It's all I have heard. I heard the contrary too... One woman I overheard tell another,"She seems so friendly she is always's smiling!" It appears as though women find me more approachable then men... 'cuz it's my male friend's that make the off comments. Do they expect me to be all over them? 'cuz.. Uhh I'm just not gonna be that type! I'm not here to fit any mold, maybe they need to change the way they view others' and be more confident. I think I intimidate them because they have no clue as to what to talk with me about to keep my interest. Then again.. I didn't think I was that difficult... I think it's them not me.. Enough rambbling out of me... Back to another certification test I have to go take
